The study first establishes the conceptual framework and research hypothesis based on the literature of sandwich system and instructional cooperation, then the ANOVA and related statistical method are used to conduct the empirical analysis. The questionnaires are design separately for three kinds of evaluation objects. From the student perspective, we focus on the contents of practice environment, learning efficacy and self efficacy of career. From the teaching perspectives, we focus on the contents of the students'' learning efficacy and evaluation of manpower demand of cooperative institutions. From the cooperative institutions'' perspectives, we focus on the contents of manpower demand, impacts toward the organizations and the related measures.
