Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 觀光事業研究所 === 88 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy of the sandwich system in hospitality college education from the respective of student, teacher and cooperative institution. The study first establishes the conceptual framework and research hypothesis based on the literature of sandwich system and instructional cooperation, then the ANOVA and related statistical method are used to conduct the empirical analysis. The questionnaires are design separately for three kinds of evaluation objects. From the student perspective, we focus on the contents of practice environment, learning efficacy and self efficacy of career. From the teaching perspectives, we focus on the contents of the students'' learning efficacy and evaluation of manpower demand of cooperative institutions. From the cooperative institutions'' perspectives, we focus on the contents of manpower demand, impacts toward the organizations and the related measures. The results of this study will provide suggestions for the schools, professional world and relative institutions.
