After testing hypotheses by practicing t-test, one-way ANOVA, and linear regres-sion, the results are as follow: 1.It’s significant that communication satisfaction can influence job involvement, and the relationship between communicational satisfaction and job involvement was moderated by nationality. 2.Nationality is a moderator in dimension: “communication with superiors” and “communication climate”. 3.Except of “personal-feedback”, all the other dimensions of communicational satisfaction, “general organizational perspective, organizational integration, communi-cation with superiors, communication climate, horizontal and informal communication, and media quality”, have a significant positive relationship with job involvement.
