This study chose the worker’s communication satisfaction as the independent variable. The degree of work alienation is the dependent variable. Work alienation has five dimensions, including powerlessness, meaninglessness, normlessness, organizational isolation and self-estrangement. Besides, we chose worker’s nationality as a moderator. After the multiple regression analysis, we find that communication satisfaction has a significant negative effect on meaninglessness, normlessness and organizational isolation. Communication satisfaction has no significant effect on powerlessness, but a significant effect on self-estrangement. The expected moderating effect of nationality only occurs on the relationship of communication satisfaction and meaninglessness. Research and practical implication of these findings are discussed.
