Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 纖維及高分子工程研究所 === 88 === This study in the drawing processes of draft and double processes diagnoses by applying Expert System to the spot experiment of sliver’s operation and analyzes the quality of finished products. Analysis relies on analyzing a great number of data in the experiment in order to realize all kinds of variations. The variations are conditions of sliver processing and our machinery. Sliver by the off-line way is checked and got the CV% by using lab’s instruments and then analyzed by fully experiential experts. In preceding executive stage, it will cause the waste of time, force, and card sliver. Therefore, we will research and discover much better operating system than the preceding one. In other words, the operating system is Expert System which can on-line manage. Expert System will apply knowledge inference to execute the operation of on-line analytical drawing system. With regard to the design of system’s structure, we adopt Client/Server structure. In these aspects of analytical operation and diagnostic speed compare with the style of traditional off-line have faster and better functions. By the inference of Expert System, the problems of nonlinear and uncertain in analyzing drawing processes will provide suggestions and guides for operators to achieve the quality control of on-line Expert System.
