Thus, during the period of construction project, we use the JIT System cooperating with Gradual Construction Planning and ODOC(One-Day-One-Cycle) to eliminate the distinction between these two industries. We further establish the principles of schedule, arrange the daily routine, plan material purchasing and production, and reflect resource allocation. With this case study, we evaluate the Q&A of JIT System applied in construction so as to frame the procedures and points of the JIP System and also to evaluate the profit.
