Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 88 === The thesis establishes a product structure data model based on the STEP standards, and proposes an algorithm to deduce the assembly and disassembly sequences. The proposed shceme of design representation includes the Object Relaitonship Graph (ORG) and the Relationship Matrix (RM), which picture the assembly and geometric relationship among the components in the layout design. The ORG uses objects and directional links to depict the STEP-based product structure. The ORG is then mapped to the RM, which is used to derive feasible assembly sequence in productions. The product structure could be modeled into sub-sets by the proposed disassembly rules to derive the minimum disassembly steps in the application of product servicing and recycling planning. Next, the author describes a prototype Computer-aided Assembly and Disassembly Analysis which supports the exchange of product structure data using the format of ISO 10303-Part 21.
