The future communication network will also evolve from circuit switched network into packet switched network. Then, it is very important for us to efficiently utilize scarce radio bandwidth. So our study focuses on the design of priority allocation algorithm. This algorithm used at base station to efficiently schedule and allocate the radio bandwidth. We want to improve the throughput of mobile station and reduce the packet loss. Finally, some data concerning about performance, such as bandwidth utilization, blocking ratio and packet loss ratio are obtained by using simulation of priority allocation algorithm.
