The principal research aim of this writing is to explore strategic alliance between bank and telecommunication operators in their promotion of mobile bank commerce and also to establish the mechanism of money flow utilizing technique of wireless communication and hand phone which would enable development of e-commerce and thus to step into a new developing territory. Due to this writing belongs to some newly developed subject; it therefore lacks the concerned literature and material and within such realm of research and study would need resorting to explore the concerned literature and material for forming of the listings of questionnaire. Use method of visits and to proceed the process of research and study in order to arrive at the following research objectives: 1. The principle profile of motivation about the strategic alliance between operators of telecommunication and that of finance circle. 2. What would be the kind of strategic alliance, which would effect honestly, and to arrive at the promotion of mobile bank function and to strengthening the development of money flow circulation within mobile e-commerce territory. 3. Would it be of beneficial to the bank and telecommunication operator in their development of mobile bank business and that of the establishment of mobile e-commerce money flow technique. 4. What would be the business profile of the principle strategic alliance? Would it be possible if to make consideration concerning to union member alliance in order to develop the platform of common practices in the utilization and exchange fields? 5. Through what type of business profile of operation alliance relations would relatively be of advantageous? The visiting counter parties are the current or up to date banks and that of those telecommunication operators who are in their mode for the development of mobile bank and e-commerce business with function of the money flow circulation. At the same time, chosen entities are those operators possessing mutual cooperation relationship which through visits and that of the substantial related material and literature thereby be conditioned and to acquire following conclusions: 1. Under the mechanization in their development of the mobile bank and that of an establishment of money flows circulative e-commerce. It is necessary to form the alliance between separate technologies and that of different resources such are the background and result for the emergence of the function of strategic alliance. 2. The prosperous development of e-commerce and that of the current tendency of for wireless net communication are cooperative background for the indispensable adoption of the strategic alliance. 3. Promotion of mobile bank and establishment of money flow mobile e-commerce are because of the objective aim in the prior establishment of popularity of the brand and that of her commercially being renowned. This is nevertheless the current most advanced in visible effect. For this same purpose, it thereby creates a motivation of the necessity in finding strategic alliance. 4. Just to proceed with sales strategic and technical alliances or to speak of current forsaking consideration toward cooperation among union members in the development about mutual money flow e-commerce platform, it is due to the fear of predatory attempts to the existing markets and if there is in existence of third party function to proceed for the reorganization and conditioning. At the same time the process would succeed in the development of system that could be a possibility for involvement of operators and agencies and to rule out in concern to their reluctance for the join in attitude. 5. Through none share-holder’s strategic alliance and to affix contractual relations among them in order to find the cooperative partners that although less in density than the deep rooting of an alliance via share holder alliance, it however would possesses relatively greater flexibility in the manipulative. Moreover it also has the broader cooperative opportunity that pertaining to money flow mobile e-commerce and that of commodity and informational exchanges, it would attain more available space for development. 6. The utilization of media and that of informational inter media. It is more and more blear in concern to the dividing line for enclosure and area limitation. It thereby is of development for such interchange ability and to adept to the mechanism of platform for individual trade exchange, which would become the point in future significance.
