The purpose of this study is to integrate related machining technology and an integrated machining procedure of propeller was proposed. The C++ language is adopted to implement machining module in this study. The main function of this module is to generate CL data based on the geometry CAD surface models of the propeller. Collision free tool orientation of the CL data is also considered. In the study the CL data computed by the module is simulated by commercial software. The machined model, generated by the simulation software, is obtained to compare with the original CAD model in order to verify the accuracy of CL data.
