In this thesis, a W-CDMA base station receiver compatible with the IMT-2000 standard is realized. According to this standard, the up-link (mobile transmit, base receive) frequency band allocates from 1920MHz ~ 1980MHz and the channel bandwidth is 5MHz. Further more, the baseband I/Q chip rate is 4.096Mcps and the baseband signal is modulated by QPSK schemes. The receiver is divided into four modules, including RF modules、IF & demodulation module、analog to digital conversion module、and frequency synthesis module.
