| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 農業工程學研究所 === 88 === This study choose leisure farms parking characteristics as the basic theory based on interview with the owner of the farm and sightseer, and questionnaire for sightseer’s character. The related formulas are used to calculate and analyze the case study of Tochen leisure farm which is located in the I-Lan county. The results show as follows:
1. The demand of parking space on Sunday 9:00am to 2:00pm is twice as the other time on holiday. The owner that want to set a parking and sightseer by driving can take the result for reference.
2. The parking space occupancy that farm provides is insufficient for automobiles and buses. Because insufficiency of parking space, cars are forced to park in the road and cause traffic problems.
3. Above 80 percent of 132 sightseers interviewed can accept transferring to solve the insufficiency of parking space.
The study only emphasizes on the inquiry for sightseer. Some problems such as increasing the cost of the farm and the owner’s aspiration to take transferring can further discuss for future study.
