Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 化學工程學研究所 === 88 === We Studied a vapor-liquid coexisting system of Lennard-Jones fluid, two-center Lennard-Jones fluid and three-center Lennard-Jones fluid with a planar interface under shear by non-equilibrium molecular dynamics methods. As the interface of system is parallel to the plane of shear, the two-phase body of the phase diagram is enlarged, i.e., shear-induced phase separation. Among three different molecules, it was found that the effect of shear-induced phase separation increases along the chain length.
