Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 土木工程學研究所 === 88 === The purpose of this thesis is to develop a numerical method to inversely estimate transient boundary temperature in an irregular region. At first, a regional mapping method is employed to transform an irregular region into a rectangular region. Secondly, the Laplace transform method is applied to estimate transient boundary temperature in the transformed rectangular region. Finally, transient boundary temperature in the transformed rectangular region can be mapped onto the irregular region by inverse transformation. Verifications of present method within a rectangle, a circle and a semi-annulus are presented by comparing present numerical results against analytic solutions. Very good agreement is pbserved.
