The author appied the Parsons'' stuctural-functionalism as the
theorical framework.
The methods to collaborate the university and industry could separate to two parts. The former inherits from the socialism system,and the later develops from the marketing concepts.
Both of them pursuit the interests to university,and make the national educational system richer and freedom.
From the research we could realize the importance of university in the technological era.Because it owns the intellectuals , resources ,instruments and creativity to link to the aggressive
society.Otherwise the university will be keep in the ivory tower,it is not a good way to survive in the period.
On the other hand,university should try it best to reserve its academic ability and cultural stance.
In the author''s view ,the coolaboration beween university and industry will be hot in the Mianland China in the future.
It results from not noly the national policy but also the international situation.
