Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 電機工程學系 === 88 === Abstract During the trading process of electronic commerce, identity checking is needed before the progress of trading process. There are many protocols , such as SSL and SET, used today. In addition, many new protocols are on the way. How to make identity checking completing between different protocols is the major concern of this thesis. In order to solve this problem, the agent concept is proposed in this thesis. Within the agent system, many different protocols with many different versions are installed. Responding to the requester, the agent system will communicate with the first requester with one type identification protocol and uses another type identification protocol to communicate with another requester. The concept will can be considered in the virtual environment. We believe this concept can solve the protocol compatible problem and decrease the identification cost.
