In terms of structure, this thesis employs the dynamic capability theory to explain how a business can, effectively and efficiently, react to external changes, develop organizational learning capability, position competitive capability of itself, so as to create competitive advantage. Preliminary result of this study shows that via the fierce rivalry in this industry, Avision has developed the organizational learning capability through the process of adapting to competition and changes, both externally and internally. Although Avision does not have a clear “core concept”, this very fact does not undermine its belief and practice on organizational learning. Shih-Chang Hung 洪世章 2000 學位論文 ; thesis 83 zh-TW |
