Summary: | 碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 工業工程與工程管理學系 === 88 === The purpose of this thesis is to describe how Avision, in the competitive market of high uncertainty and quick change, could adapt to the dynamic and competitive environment with soaring complexity and new changes, build up clear market positioning, and acquire core competence, enabling quick learning to get into the market easier and outperform other players in major competitive advantage. In terms of structure, this thesis employs the dynamic capability theory to explain how a business can, effectively and efficiently, react to external changes, develop organizational learning capability, position competitive capability of itself, so as to create competitive advantage. Preliminary result of this study shows that via the fierce rivalry in this industry, Avision has developed the organizational learning capability through the process of adapting to competition and changes, both externally and internally. Although Avision does not have a clear “core concept”, this very fact does not undermine its belief and practice on organizational learning.
