Based on the building data permitted by the Building Administration Department of Kaohsiung City Government, the study applies the database system of the package software〝Oracle Database System〞as well as the property of SQL in ORACLE. With this system of building management, it can provide immediate and effective information for the construction industries, official, academic organizations to research the prosperity of real estate, or to analyze the amount of discarded materials and recycle the waste materials. Besides, the study supplies practical information about the analysis of demand on such constructional materials as concrete, steel, and aggregate. What’s better, it can also provide the architectures concerned a necessary reference about the balance of supply and demand of houses. What’s best, for the dealers of telecommunications who urgently need the data of tall buildings in metropolitan areas to set up base stations, this system can help them work much more efficiently, instead of the old-fashioned way of researches---from door to door, a waste of money and manpower. With the help of this system, the dealers of telecommunications can get the information and distribution of all the tall buildings in the Kaohsiung City. In this way, they can estimate the best number and location of the base stations in a short period of time. This study offers a very beneficial way to economize on manpower and material means.
