Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 化學系 === 88 === In this study, we discussed the possibility of extracting organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) with microwave-assisted extraction (MAE). The evaluations of extraction efficiencies were carried out on the two technologies: closed-vessel MAE and open-vessel systems. GC/MS method was used for the qualitative and quantitative determinations. OCPs standards were added on the blank soils and which were aged for one and twenty days before extractions occurred. Full factorial design was used to evaluate the optimized extraction condition. Factors such as moisture content (dry and wet soil), extraction time (5, 10, and 20 min), and power of microwave irradiation (30, 60, 90, and 120W) have been investigated. Extractions were all took place in 20 mL of hexane-acetone 1:1. The results showed that the influence of extraction time and power of microwave were not significant. The moisture content of the samples has primary effect. The recovery rates were higher under the conditions of shorter aged days and higher percent of water in the soil.
