The Research on implementation of Mechanics’
middle Voc-tech. Education
in Southwest part of mainland China
(Kunming as An example)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to investigate the analysis on the implementation of mechanics’ department of vocational technical education (schools institutes、 colleges )in Southwest part of mainland China, to understand national educational laws and systems、the background and condition of educational development in Yunan province、the f curriculum of the Mechanics Department of middle Vocation technical Education. Otherwise, the researcher took trips to Kunming city for local studying(visiting、discussion、investigating、interviewing with experts 、teachers & professors on many factories and middle voc-tech Educational units( schools、 institutes、 colleges ),Therefore,after knowing well about the arrangement、terms、typifying and problems of the mechanics department of vocational technical education.then, to achieve the purpose not only with the qualifying & quantifying styles、but by the guided direction of teaching theory & literature reviewing. Owing to searching a proper curriculum of the Mechanics department of vocational technical education to cope with the development of economics & society, Finally make the middle vocational technical education as a locomotive role of the Industrial Technological Education.

The fundamental conclusion of the research are as fol1ows:
1. Giving a reasonable ratio of teaching time between
politics and specialty courses。
2.Decreasing the G.I. curriculum contents, increasing the individual Optional contents of curriculum。
3.Emphasizing the close cooperation between business and vocation technique educational circles。
4.Emphasizing the training of practical ability。
5.Paying more attention to what the new essential curriculums should be Given to cope with modernization of industrialization in 21st century。
Two key-points for further study of this research are
as fol1ows:
1.the curriculum’s structure should be outlined according to the ordingnary efficiency formula of economical development。
2.the curriculum’s contents should be arranged two executive types(Rough & Fine) to fit local separated needs of productivity (prosperous cities & plough counties), So the vocational techniques education could be developed all over the country without any difference between civilized and un-civilized areas。 Then, the implementation of Mechanics’ middle Voc-tech. Education be carried throughly out the country。
