Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 88 === Abstract The purpose of this thesis aims solely at understanding the job pressure for those primary teachers who actively participate in the open education and the strategy adopted into practice. In brief, the purposes are as the following: 1. To understand the pressure that those primary teachers have in participating in the open education. 2. To find out the strategy which is widely applied to reduce the job pressure. 3. To compare and contrast how these teachers of different educational backgrounds deal with the job pressure. 4. To compare and contrast how differently these teachers of divergent educational backgrounds apply the strategy to cope with the job pressure. 5. To understand how differently these teachers feel about the job pressure and how they deal with that by adopting the strategy into practice. 6. To inquire into the correlation between the job pressure and the strategy. The results mostly come from the questionnaires and interview done by six hundred and nineteen primary teachers of eighty-two different primary schools in Kaohsiung City. The findings and the conclusion are: 1. Searching for the instructional technology is the major pressure to these teachers. 2. The problem-solving and searching for alterations are the two strategies frequently used by those teachers. 3. In general, the senior teachers with a college degree feel much more job pressure than the other teachers. 4. Those teachers with master degrees and who are teaching the high-grade students frequently apply the strategy into practice. 5. Those teachers who get less job pressure frequently use the coping strategy than the other teachers. 6. The findings show that both the job pressure and the strategy result in a negative correlation.
