However, the traditional communication system is dedicated, it cannot immediately transfer to backup system if enemies intentionally disturb and make it break down. This research offers the new architecture of PLRS & SNMP, which fully develops the benefit of packet switch network, and ensure multi-path, automatic routing, to match the data correction, system concurrence, maintain convenience, operation security and reliable feedback of MIS. It let each level commanders can handle the correct position of each troop rapidly, to approach space decision support and develop troops strength entirely
