Hence, how to applied with the information security technique effectively also conveniently to secure data transmit over the internet with safety, rapidity and integrity, farther to achieve information security service; to render certain in the near future personal privacy was protected and action was indemnified. We focus the attention on bidding over the internet, hopefully proposed publicity information to all bidders, and accomplish bidding process through the internet . It is not only saving times, person''s vigor and money; but also reducing enterpriser cost. Through the procurement practicality and applied with cryptology, the bidding process would be equity and the auditorship would be kept in privacy. With cryptosystem , we designed schemes of multi-signature and office substitute system; with the technique of discrete logarithm and factorization, we offered a secured system research of bidding over the internet.
