However, such the "Confidant Relation" is not only not vanish from feudal system, but also happen frequently in the both private sector and bureaucratic organization. In case of the necessity of confidant role, it will be great possibility on the interactive relationship among role, efficacy, and leading style in the organization. In the case of nurses of two medical centers in southern Taiwan, this research investigates the relationship among organizational confidant role, working efficacy, and leading style. This research demonstrates statistical methodology in term of testing different hypothesis and research results are also presented. The research findings provide both academic and practical evidence for the basis of future research and reference on the human resource management.
