For satisfying the demand of life level and increasing quality of life for human beings, the product industry devote to improve quality in itself for fitting expectations of consumer and upgrade marketing competition of product. For a new product, or new purchased weapon systems, because of the changing of environment, incomplete failure data, and each system component with different probability density function, even the product and weapon systems are not been used, therefore it is not easy to calculate the system reliability by traditional probability method. Therefore, this paper proposed an algorithm that concludes military knowledge and economic value to give different membership function of failure. Then use -cut to process different membership function of vague set. We also modify the definition of Tanaka et cetera [14] to fit in vague system reliability, they have defined the degree of influence between every bottom event and top event in fuzzy failure tree, and to find the elementary component which is the most affective system reliability. The modified definition can use in repairable policy of new weapon equipment. Therefore, we can build a vague failure system analysis to calculate the reliability interval of vague system.
