3. According to the factors of importance and satisfaction, this paper builds a website management matrix to provide some concrete strategies for webmasters. From the website management matrix, webmasters should invest most of their resources to the first and second quadrant with a view to getting the most benefit.
4. In the six factors of E-learning motivation, the influence extent of media attraction is maximum and social adapt is minimum; in the view of satisfaction, the influence extent of information system is maximum and the layout of websites is minimum; in the view of importance, the influence extent of the layout of websites is maximum and the content of websites is minimum; otherwise, in the six factors of professional growth, the management of classes influence professional growth more, but the education news is the least.
5. Based on the above results, most of the hypotheses of this paper are supported and seems to explain the cause-effect relationships between most parameters.
Finally, this paper will provide pre-service teachers, webmasters and further researcher some suggestions based on the result of this paper.
