At present, numerous corporations keep all full eye on their core ability, so outsourcing the goods’ transportation and management to the professional logistics companies, such as UPS、 DHL and FedEx, is their only choice. Therefore, this study infers the integrated operational model from the view of customer service, and making comparison with FedEx’s practical method. Then providing the reference when setting the global distribution company.
