Under the trend of globalization, the international trade is getting more and more prevalent. Many multi-national corporations have to face much fierce competition, in that case, they eager to run after the low-cost material support; the quicker customer response and broaden the service range.
At present, numerous corporations keep all full eye on their core ability, so outsourcing the goods’ transportation and management to the professional logistics companies, such as UPS、 DHL and FedEx, is their only choice.
Therefore, this study infers the integrated operational model from the view of customer service, and making comparison with FedEx’s practical method. Then providing the reference when setting the global distribution company.
