Therefore, the photon beam drifts is eliminated independently at the beamline rather than affecting optical quality at others. When a photon beam fluctuation is regarded as vibration or acoustic noise, the adaptive control system is practicable. The adaptive feedforward controller by using FXLMS algorithm is designed to reduce random fluctuation with 100-Hz bandwidth.
