But not all the information on the Internet is suitable for everyone; therefore, web site rating becomes a necessary trend. In the mean while, the environment for web-site rating has just started to develop in our country, and it has not been mature enough. In some relative researches, we can easily discover some problems while rating the web sites. First, take the collaborative rating method for consideration. Though the result might be very objective, it costs lots of efforts and time. Second, the automatic rating method might be more efficient than the former, but using fuzzy function would result in some constraints. For example, automatic rating method can only process the text content on the web sites. Third, the government authorities have not established standards and relative laws for web-site rating at present. In this work, we propose a multi-expert rating assistant system to complete the rating architecture, which solves the problems of automatic rating and collaborative rating method.
