If people who work in banks don’t follow correct ethical criteria, they will make great financial abuses and crises. Reviewing the domestic literature on business ethical climates, we found that some of them explored the relationship between business ethical climates and turnover intentions, but none of them explored the positive behaviors─organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). In the empirical research of international business studies, it existed significant difference among Taiwanese、American and Japanese business culture. Therefore, this paper explored the difference among Taiwanese、American and Japanese banks in the influence of business ethical climates on job satisfaction、organizational commitment and OCBs. In addition, this paper also explored the difference among Taiwanese、American and Japanese banks in the influence of ethical fit on job satisfaction、organizational commitment and OCBs. We surveyed the employees who work in Taiwanese、American and Japanese banks, and multiple regression model is used. The results showed that ethical climates of Taiwanese banks had significant relationship with job satisfaction、organizational commitment and OCBs . The ethical climates of American banks had significant relationship with job satisfaction and OCBs. Regarding ethical fit, the ethical fit of Taiwanese banks had significant relationship with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The ethical fit of Japanese banks had significant relationship with job satisfaction. Yie-Sgeng Chen 陳義勝 2000 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW
