Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系 === 88 === The automated guided vehicle system(AGVS) in a flexible manufacture system(FMS) is extensively used for productions with high efficiency and high flexibility. The centralized management for AGVS becomes more complex and difficult with increasing number of automated guided vehicles (AGVs). By reducing the computation effort, the assignment rules for AGVS are developed in distributive processing architectures. With communicating to other AGVs, all carriage of goods are dispatched. The path routing and conflict resolving in the process of carriage are generated by a local artificial intellect system on each AGV. For the simulation of AGVS in this research , the PC_based network and TCP/IP protocol are used. The assignment system of AGVS is realized by Visual C++ programs. The considered objects include warehouses, manufacturing entities and AGVs. The system will choose a proper carriage based on the bidding theory, associated with the path routing and conflict resolving process. Parameters for altering system performance are also illustrated and discussed.
