Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工業設計學系 === 88 === This article aims to discuss the safety design mode of infant car safety seat, to ensure the protection effect of car safety seat, so that the injury of infant within a car being hit can be reduced to the minimum. The innovative safety design mode suggested in this article adopts Technology Function Deployment (TFD), to find out the real problem concerning safety through objective way. Ordinary Qualify Function Deployment (QFD) method has been used continuously for tens of years, and its problem analysis ability with accuracy has been generally acknowledged by all. When using for safety analysis, however, the subjective opinions of analysts often take the place of the real problems, and it is hard to keep the objectivity. TFD analysis method is to improve its objectivity, so that it is suitable for using in product safety. Among safety design modes, concerning designing executive technology, this research has developed TFDD (Technology Function Deployment in Design), which can integrate effectively the new product idea development with recording idea development process. During the new technology development process, two main levels, that is, T (technology level), and F (function level) must be taken into consideration. Any safety design can be indicated by these two levels, and develop the safety design of product from the angle of innovative design. Therefore, TFD and TFDD method in this article is a kind of objective product safety design method.
