The casting mold has been selected, and the inner part of air spring was produced by pneumatic air spring bag in this research. Besides, in order to predict the load/deflection curve of an air spring, finite element analysis method was selected, and the ANSYS software was used as an analyzing tool. However, there is no suitable element could be chosen for analysis. Therefore, the author trying to simulate the effect of the changing gas value by analyzing loop.
