According to test data, several conclusions can be made. 1.The damping effect of fluid damper filled with silicone glue is higher than that filled with R68 oil. 2.Temperature effect of fluid damper filled with silicone glue is more seriously than that filled with R68 oil. 3.Viscosity plays an important role. For higher viscosity, the higher damping factor obtained. 4.The fluid damper with thicker piston gets higher damping force than that with thinner piston. In case of vibration with larger displacement, the damping force obtained for fluid damper with I-shape piston is higher than that with plane-shape piston.
