Well knows, all of ISP, ICP, ASP are the kinds of suppliers in Internet industry, and Portal is a kind of market place for customers. As the change of the telecom policy recently, it is important for Portal to integrate the competitive advantage of the four roles. This research discussed the main factor when the different types of ISP, ICP and ASP considered merger, amalgamation and strategic alliance in order to build the market channel (Portal) of integrated mode and extended mode for the future.
