Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 88 === Organizational Memory (OM) can be considered as a mechanism that an organization applies its past experience and knowledge to present activities. Among most organizations, the lack of managing organizational memory and personnel turnover result in losing valuable experience and knowledge. This situation will reduce enterprise competitive advantage and lower organization cultural levels. Today, many researchers have been paying much attention to how information technology can help organizations manage OM. However, less works have contributed to the organization memory for software development. In this paper, a model is proposed to manage the experience and knowledge for software development. Firstly, the specific information types for software development are analyzed. Then, an object-oriented data Model is established to represent the relationship among these information types. Finally, a prototype of the model is implemented to illustrate the capability of the model.
