To explore the Taiwanese firms to fulfill skill training and cross-culture training to the expatriates influenced by individual''s variables and their expatriating motivation, this research is observing the outstanding discrimination existence of overseas adaptation, furthermore, to see any relation between adaptation and job satisfaction. Taiwanese firms have to assist their expatriates in psychological adaptation to adapt the life and work at China, and let them know where there are different environment existing between Taiwan and China. Taiwanese firms need to provide sufficient information to their expatriates and merge the training to recognize the existing situation of management for expatriates. This research has obtained the main results of (1)training is a extremely positive factor to the overseas adaptation, and the same to job satisfaction.(2)motivation of expatriation will influence positively to overseas adaptation by training.(3)expatriates who have been trained by cross-culture training, the life adaptation is better than the none. (4)overseas adaptation has a positive influence to the job satisfaction.
