Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 88 === The picking operation is to pick the items ordered by customers from the picking racks based at the information obtained after the order processing and allocation of the distribution warehouses. In the whole planning of distribution warehouses, planning of the picking system is the most important part. Since the main function of the distribution warehouse is to pick and deliver the goods requested by the clients to the assigned places in a limited time, the demand of various and low-quantity commodity combination will increase the difficulty of picking operation. Under the condition of keeping same picking time, it is for sure that more efforts should be devoted to the planning of picking operation. Among the order data, E (Order Entry), I (Item), and Q (Quantity) are the key elements of logistics. The research takes E, I, Q as quantity analysis to study the specialty of distribution operation in order to undergo the picking planning of distribution centers. In traditional EIQ analysis , it is hard to define the specialty of orders through simple figures. On the contrary, the definition of these elements is vague and the evaluation is prone to be subjective so that it fails to help making right decision in vague condition. Fuzzy analysis just helps to solve the problem. The purpose of the research is to choose the right picking method. The establishment of EIQ analytic technique and Fuzzy Inference will decide the best picking way, either by Single Order Picking or Batch Picking.
