Undoubtedly the human of management always stay in the key situation. Therefore, managerial talent is mainly considered to successful business while selecting employees. The suitable selection methods may decrease the rate of turnover, absence, job dissatisfaction, and the waste of money, manpower, time, etc. If the selection methods can combine the fuzzy theory and information technology into human resource management to set up a selection decision system, staffing operations of business will be more effective and objective to promote the selection functions. The population of the study will be the IC packaging industry on the records of the Ministry of Economics, Taiwan.. The purposes of this study are: (1) to set up a selection criterion for IC packaging industry; (2) to utilize fuzzy multiattribute decision making and fuzzy and analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to establish a powerful selection decision model for IC packaging industry; (3) the research methods of the literature review; experts in-depth interview questionnaire survey will be employed to collect data in the study; (4) to analyze and to compare the result suggested as a reference in IC packaging industry. At the least, to develop an interface of a decision support system for selection managers for IC packaging industry will also be used and construct a selection decision support system.
