Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 電子工程學系 === 88 === In this paper we introduce a High Precision Ultrasonic Vibration Measurement System . The measurement method of this system is based on an ultrasonic phase shift reconstruction principle . To achieve high precision , we use the Complex Programmable Logic Device ( CPLD EPM7128SLC84 ) product of ALTERA CORPORATION to measure the ultrasonic phase-shift . The system use 80 Mhz oscillatory frequency to achieve high resolution . There are two single chip microcomputers is adopted in the system . One is used for communication with personal computer and implementing the ultrasonic phase-shift reconstruction from the ultrasonic phase-shift information . The other is used for measuring the ultrasonic performance . An experiment object is fixed on the steeping motor . To test the system performance , the single chip microcomputer control the movement of the object . To verify the performance of an ultrasonic vibration measurement system , a series of experiments has been designed . First experiment is to change the moving speed of the object . The second experiment is to change the sampling rate of the ultrasonic phase-shift information for reconstruction . After repeated experiments , We found the measurement error is ±0.000625% while the object moving speed is 0.8cm/sec and the sampling rate for ultrasonic phase-shift reconstruction is between 5 ~ 30 hz .
