Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 88 === The major purposes of this research are to improve the process yield rate for air cleaner of vehicle and to find the robust parameters of the process by using the Taguchi method and design of experiments. Furthermore, in order to reduce the scrap cost, improve the quality of plastic injection and decrease the environmental pollution, we expect to reduce the occurrence of nonconformities and to raise the use of recycled material.
Within the analysis of injection mold, we would like to study the correlation between injecting conditions and nonconformities by using orthogonal table of L18. Base on the results of SN ratio, ANOVA and response surface methods, we provide suggestions that the optimal conditions of specifications of parameters and standard of the process are giving. And the results of this research can be applied to the other product.
In the final, we expect to develop an applied software of Taguchi methodology which is used friendly for suppliers and users and video of instruction. Furthermore, the Taguchi method will be generally applied to other process of components of vehicle.
