In general, they have properties like noise absorbing, fire prevention, lightweight and easily be cutting etc. We believe the cellular material will be widely applied to construction projects soon in the future. Although cellular materials own excellent properties, there is some restriction in mechanical properties. Consequently, we use Integrated Sandwich Porous Composite Materials to improve the mechanical strength and increase the range of cellular material application. The Integrated Sandwich Porous Composite Materials is to adhere reinforced plates on the flanks of the cellular material that called cellular composite. The composite will collapse because the interface slips on loading. As the result, how to create a Integrated Sandwich Porous Composite Materials that don’t have the interface slipping becomes the most significant problem. For solving the reversed influence of adherence, we think about to adhere without adherence. That’s the Integrated Sandwich Porous Composite Materials concept. The Integrated Sandwich Porous Composite Materials not only can avoid the interface problems but also can improve the using safety. Meanwhile, we will make higher productivity, more choices for the dimension, and less manufacturing time. Moreover, the effect of heat insulation of the Integrated Sandwich Porous Composite Materials will be more obvious because of the surfaces. We estimate the mechanical properties of the Integrated Sandwich Porous Composite Materials by tensile, compress tests.
