碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 土地管理學系 === 88 === Abstract The two trends of land use are three-dimensional and future interest. Space Superficies system conforms to the trend of land use. In this essay,we discusses Space Superficies system, condominiums rebuilding, and transport land requisition. After studying, we get some results: 1.In Space Superficies system, we find that Space Superficies system can apply to condominiums, transfer the right part, and so on. 2.In condominiums rebuilding, we find that Space Superficies system is better than land share because it can solve the problem that occurs in land-share rebuilding. 3.Compared with the other systems, Space Superficies system is not the best ;nevertheless, in requisitioning transportation land, we find that it is better than ownership and lease. Although Space Superficies system has many advantages, we should revise and improve laws to harmonize with it;therefore,to make the system better,we give some suggestions to reedit laws.
