In the future ,the most important resource is knowledge , one business must have an integrated framework of knowledge management, so that it can help business reach the mission or vission. This research has five key elements in knowledge management framework in the consulting industry. These are the value、strategy and mission ; knowledge management strategy ; the core process ; the knowledge management information system and information infrastructure . We use case studies to catch the framework of knowledge management in consulting industry. Then compare the difference between theory and cases. Finally the framework is modified, we wish this modified framework can be a reference model for business actions knowledge management and research in the future.
