Multidimensional antecedents will be included in our model, those are compensation system and organizational climate. Through the process of dimension selection, questionnaires design, subject selection and measurement, as well as statistical analysis and conclusion, a multidimensional effect model of job satisfaction and job performance for both manufacturing and service environments will be developed followed by the theoretical and practical implications of this study.
