碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 88 === Recently,under the increasing pressure from the global competition,the corporate strategies of most of the MNCs have changed dramatically. Coping with these changes,the expatriate policies of those MNCs should have done some corresponding adjustments. Most of the existing research is target to the MNCs from the developed countries,still little is target to the Taiwan MNCs.This study will utilized case study approach to explore that dynamic interaction mentioned above in Taiwan MNCs. This study picked up 5 sample Taiwan firms from different industries.In spit of collecting internal archives from sample firms,I interviewed to the managers who are responsible for human resource management in those firms.After then I analyzed these factual data in contrast to the existing theory.
