In result of that, knowledge increasingly becomes the main competitive element between enterprises in the 21st century, therefore the development of human resource has been doubly valued by its importance. The most common way for enterprises to develop human resource is to use moderate and proper training. The key factors of its success are determined not only on the manager''''s support and employees'''' cooperation but on the instructor’s consultation. Enterprises would launch on education and put their employees to use as an instructor while concerning the cost and extending the company culture. This research mainly studied the effectiveness of internal instructors and its relative factors within enterprises, and the main purpose of this study was to explore the conceptions of internal instructors and to discover what impacts they may have on the organization learning and training development. This was expected to enhance the degree of internal instructors’ importance being valued and employed by enterprises. Furthermore, to look into it and offer opinions when instructors are presented in an enterprise. Research date was collected by questionnaires and the research was based on electronic industries, which had already practiced the internal instructor program in Central Taiwan. Conclusions of this study were summarized as follows: 1.The major relative factors of effectiveness of internal instructors were grouped into the following eight factors: (1)Internal Instructor’s Intellectual Capacity and Professional Expertise (2)Organization Management System (3)Learning Environment (4)Rewarding Mechanism (5)Recognition of Management Conceptual Context (6)Information Affiliation (7)Employees'''' Learning Characteristics (8)Learning Motivation 2.In these eight factors, "Internal Instructor’s Intellectual Capacity and Professional Expertise ", "Organization Management System" and "Learning Environment" were the factors mostly related to the effectiveness of internal instructors. 3.In fact, " Internal Instructor’s Intellectual Capacity and Professional Expertise", "Organization Management System" and "Learning Environment" were less satisfactory when performing. 4.Learner''''s gender and working experiences had higher correlation with most of the factors. 5.Learner''''s gender and working experiences shown distinct difference of sufficient degree when performing on most of the factors. 6.Learner''''s working classifications and positions shown distinct difference when performing on the "Employees'''' Learning Characteristics" and "Learning Motivation". 7.Employees who had been the internal instructors in the past one-year would present better elevation on the " Learning Motivation ". At last, recommendations were presented to the enterprises for reference upon the above findings and consulted those who would carry out this research in the future.
