Description
Summary:碩士 === 朝陽大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 88 === The Aerospace Industry has become one of the ten newly prosperous industries in Taiwan. It is an unusual industry in which it combines methods, capital and labor. The Aerospace Industry is working to improve the relationship of related industries including electronics, mechanical, software development and automatic control. The industry is also a significant participant supporting Taiwan’s goal of being an advanced industrial country. Countries can use high tech as a measure of the degree of development of their country. In essence, strong business relationships, high value-added results, emphasis on quality and flexibility with unlimited potential are features of this dynamic industry. Therefore, the industry is most suitable for development by small or medium-sized industries in Taiwan. During the Year 1997 & 1999 Mr. Michael Porter visited Taiwan to assist in assessing Taiwan’s future industry development potential. He also strongly suggested that Taiwan should strive towards becoming a “Technology Island”. This study contains information from other sources indicating the current status of the Aerospace Industry in Taiwan. Our philosophy is that three factors are necessary for success in meeting Taiwan’s goal of being an advanced industrial country:(1) Design and implement efforts for the cooperative coexistence of aerospace related industries, (2) Identify the optimum solution for industries to coexist, (3) Develop a strategy in which related industries will be mutually cooperative. Through properties of coexistent systems and the relationship of coexistent patterns, this study investigates the relationship of coexistent systems influenced by internal conditions and external circumstances. The results of this study are taken from a questionnaire sent to 173 Aero companies. An industrial structure analysis was done. An evaluation of the existing relationship as currently practiced in the Taiwan Aero Industry was done. The Aero Industry is a successful, key industry in Taiwan and the results of this study should, hopefully, point towards ways of improving the industry. RESULTS 1. Hypothesis - that governmental support (policy & funding) is very important to the Aero Industry. Both internal and external support is very important. R & D for this industry are positive and highly correlated. Sales network, capabilities, technical transfer from outside is important but not highly correlated. These need to be improved to higher levels. 2. Interaction analysis — technical interaction and frequency difficulty and resources difficulty check with strategic alliance, which is highly related. 3. Checked all Aero Industry environments; Four types of coexisting relationships was done. - Risk Sharing - Mutual Cooperation - Customer Type (Buyer/Seller Relationship) - Supply Equipment Only 4. Different types of vendor preferences to improve their competitiveness by choosing one of the four types and tailoring it to their unique situation. ABSTRACT SUMMARY This study constructed an ideal system, which help the whole industrial good environment. Suggests a system enterprise their best strategic alliance. Every company can enhance their competitiveness in the international market. The Aero Industry can lead the general requirements of all industry in Taiwan.
